Friends of Champaign County Food Pantry, in partnership with Champaign Urbana Public Health District and Eastern Illinois Food Bank distributed approximately 70 food baskets on Monday, December 19th, 2017, to needy families.
Each Holiday Food Basket included a 15 lb. turkey, approximately 15 lbs. of non-perishable canned and boxed food, and about 10 lbs. of fresh produce and bread. Volunteers delivered food baskets to area families from the Public Health District office at 201 W. Kenyon Road in Champaign.
Friends of Champaign County Food Pantry is now Public Health Certified!
We now have refrigerated products available on a daily basis.

Fresh produce and baked goods are now being given out every day at the Champaign - Urbana Public Health District,
on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
